Khathutshelo Musekwa is a strategic finance and operations professional with over 10 years of experience leading finance functions, delivering advisory support, and strengthening financial governance across complex and high-growth environments. He brings deep expertise in accounting, tax, compliance, management accounting, and strategic financial advisory, with a strong track record of supporting executive decision-making and organisational sustainability.
Khathutshelo has held senior finance leadership roles within international non-profit and research organisations, where he directed end-to-end finance operations, managed international payrolls, led ERP implementations, and oversaw multi-million-dollar portfolios with full regulatory compliance. His experience includes managing grant portfolios in excess of USD 12 million, strengthening internal controls, improving operational efficiency, and delivering cost optimisation initiatives.
He is a commercially minded advisor with a strong foundation in management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and risk management. Khathutshelo combines technical excellence with practical business insight to help clients achieve financial clarity, compliance, and long-term value creation.
